Gold Voicemail

If you cant get to the phone in time or are busy taking other calls then don’t miss the opportunity to take a message
Personalise the voicemail so that it represents your company image
The voicemails will be emailed to you as soon as the caller finishes their message
The voicemails will be sent to you as a wav file so that you can play it back on your computer
If the caller decides not to leave you a message we will email you with their phone number so that you can call them back

Whisper Gold

Know why the person is calling you before they speak to you
If a customer calls you phone number and you have “Whisper Gold” set up we will play you a message that can say anything. Most companies have a message that says “Call for Joe Bloggs”. Joe Bloggs is obviously replaced with the real company name. This allows you to differentiate between personal and business calls and it also helps if you run multiple companies from the same location
When the person phones you they will not hear the “Whisper Gold” at all

Golden Greetings

Welcome your callers with a personalised message
We can record personalised greetings for your phone number so that when a person calls you they will hear something like “thank you for calling joe bloggs, you call is important to us and will be answered shortly”
We can record the “Golden Greetings” in a male or female voice and they are real voices and not computer generated

IVR GOLD

Distribute the inbound calls to the correct department by having personalised messages that ask what department your caller wants
You have all heard the options before:- please press one for accounts, two for sales and so on. We can record you own IVR and apply this service to any number
You don’t have to have the calls routed to different departments. Some companies use this service to make them look larger, all they do is have the different options routed to the same number

Gold Time Based Routing

They also select to have the evening calls routed to a mobile from 5pm to 10pm
